4DX AND THE INFLUENCER MODEL

 

The 4DX and the Influencer Model both, are vital to the success of an Implementation Plan. (Little did I know that before I embarked on this journey)! The Influencer Model focuses on personal, social, and behavioral motivations and abilities, the 4DX Model takes on the process of how that will happen. I know that implementing change and inspiring teachers/future team members out of their comfort zone will be a challenge. I also know that the result will be worth it! Our students will leave with an ePortfolio and a new skillset for life! Likewise, our teachers will continue with a team approach and successful process for how to meet a goal, teamwork, a network of support, and the knowledge that they made a difference in the lives of our students! The faculty and teachers at Klein Oak High School are caring teachers that can grow to meet the needs of our students. With the proper influence (starting with me!) we can make this happen. Together, with our plans in place and despite COVID 19, we can dominate!
