Learning is an integral part of everyday life as it helps one acquire knowledge on different aspects as well as become intelligent. However, traditional learning had been majorly focused on teachers, classrooms, and books. It has not been fully effective in integrating students and different individuals into the correct form of learning. The new culture of learning majorly focuses on letting individuals learn from a different environment which is majorly a fluid structure that does not focus on a particular system as a form of learning. According to Thomas & Brown (n.d), the new culture of learning is majorly focused on individuals learning from their own experience in their quest of learning from their experiences and other people's experiences. The new culture of learning embraces learning, growing, and exploring different things as a form of knowledge that will welcome that will help individuals learn from what they are experiencing in their daily lives. “The new culture of learning actually comprises two elements. The first is a massive information network that provides almost unlimited access and resources to learn about anything. The second is a bounded and structured environment that allows for unlimited agency to build and experiment with things within those boundaries” (Thomas & Brown, n.d). The new learning culture has two fundamental ideas that I can mix the two ideas of learning from an unbound environment and learning from a bound environment. I can bring these two fundamental ideas of learning from unbound areas and inbound areas to improve my life and my learning skills. I will dedicate some time to learning from a structured environment like books and different articles while also learning from other experiences that I encounter.

The new culture of learning is a fundamental experience that is essential to creating a new form of learning and understanding information better. However, the unique culture of knowledge can be quickly impacted by the culture we live in and the people that surround us. According to Thomas & Brown (n.d), the new culture of learning is heavily impacted by our environment and how we are generally structured to see the world. From this, it is evident that culture influences a large part of our learning experiences. It determines how we communicate with each other and the connection we make with different individuals. An additional challenge that I would face in the quest of adopting the new culture of learning is embracing the new ways fully with the new forms of learning. I will address these two challenges by learning about other people's cultures so that I can expand my thinking ability and be more open-minded. Additionally, I would focus and practice the new forms of learning ideas to be better involved.

Adopting the ideas of the new culture of learning is an essential tool that is useful in helping improve my organization and our overall performance. According to Norva Nivel (n.d), the new culture of learning will play a critical tool in influencing how well I work, and it will positively impact my organization by helping us establish a vision that we can work with and be able to purchase different things effectively to improve on the budget. The new culture of learning teaches individuals to be able to think out of the box, and become better problem solvers rather than sticking to a particular way of thinking. The fundamentals of the new culture would play an essential role in influencing the process of making a vision depending on the lessons learned. Also, budgeting for the money available would help us as an organization make better sections based on the dynamics we have seen.

Thinking broadly is a fundamental skill that needs to be acquired so as we improve our way of life. People need to adapt the skill of thinking broadly as it allows them to remain open-minded in any particular situation. "At its most basic, ‘thinking broadly’ is simply being aware of our surroundings, because what is in our peripheral vision may affect the outcome of what we are ultimately trying to achieve” (Welsby, 2018). Thinking broadly is an advantage as it will help us acquire skills to judge different situations to improve our way of life eventually. Thinking broadly will eventually influence how we think and the things that we term as more critical than others. Additionally, it will be more effective in creating a specific philosophy of thinking that will effectively change our outcomes. The challenge of not having a particular way of thinking that is effective will be changed by thinking broadly.

In conclusion, the new culture of learning will be acritical of our everyday lives by influencing how we think and acquire information. The fundamental principles that are offered in the new culture of learning are incorporating both ideas of learning into one. They are incorporating learning from an structured environment with that from an unstructured environment for better grasping of information.
