Learning Revolution: Collaborative Discussion Human resources are just like natural resources that requires some efforts in order to extract them. This implies that human beings can set unlimited goals and achieve them easily if they get enough and appropriate support. I teach children in a school and I can certainly confirm that children can deliver the best if they get enough support and the right energy in academics. Basically, schools have often depended on reformation programs in an attempt to improve academic excellence but it is not enough to call it a break through. Schools typically needs an entire system revolution in order to introduce mechanism that can significantly build character and excellence in order to fully exploit the learning potential or capacity of school children which lies deep within. One among the revolutions that should be implemented in schools include personalizing education to students to allow them discover their own strengths and abilities. I also believe that personalizing education to learners also allows them to solve their own problems with the help of the teachers. It is also our responsibility as teachers and guardians to keenly monitors our children in order to identify and help them nature or grow their talents which often may appear while they engage with their peers. We as teachers and guardians are responsible for their success academically as well as talent discovery.
