Creating a Culture of Helpfulness & Growth Mindset Learning is important since it incorporates knowledge in the student’s life. However, learning is less enjoyable if done alone, a student needs to connect with others so as to gain effective knowledge. The ability to connect with each other gives a student new idea that benefits their mindset. According to Heffernan social connection among student is much appropriate since it assist in making work easier for them. Such a move increases mindset growth since it expands the ideological scopes of a student. Additionally, it triggers one’s mentality into undertaking challenging activities that later opens the mind into a total creative condition. It important to work as a group rather that working alone, such a move assist a student’s mind to expand since they are able to learn something new for their friends. I would really recommend an active group study rather than trying to read alone. With the belief that I as a student can undertake challenging activities, a sense of self belief inspires everything I do. This act makes it easy for me to conduct the activities that I would not if not for my confidence. According to Carol Dweck, undertaking challenging activities stimulates one’s mind leading to another level of mental creativity which the generates self-belief in a student life. ​
