As I sit and assist the Teacher, I'm not happy at what I'm observing. The students are bored out of their minds. I vison my class as being more interactive and exciting. I'm a firm believer that it's hard for a student to learn when they are bored, sleepy and some are hungry. I would implement more engaging activities so my student could partake in more meaningful assessments. Students are encouraged to think in ways that allow for critical thinking, problem solving, and self-motivation. I do believe most people want to embrace the growth mindset but they often struggle with the reappearance of Fixed Mindset thinking. I was one of those people until i realized " I just can't afford to be stuck in my ways. The student are depending on me to teach them and not teach at them. The students are craving to learn and we should be the one's who provide a safe learning environment. I consider myself to have a mixture of both mindsets, but I think I do have more of the growth mindset. I'm a pretty tough cookies and It's hard to just give up but I think of the kids and the passion I have for the educational field. I'm a Pastor I have have to remember to practice what I preach. It's not easy but I remember that I have all eyes on me. I've thought about it and I realized the mind is a terrible thing to waste. I got my thoughts together and I put all of my thoughts and talents into making sure my students get the best experience as possible. This is where I think about how I want to display the growth mindset to my own students because I know how important it has been to me and my children. The “why” is most important in education is simple. What is the purpose and vision, How are you going to achieve the purpose and vision. Through student centered education no student is left behind the needs can be individually met. We can make the adjustments, incorporate new ideas to put in place hat will motivate the students do well. Data will be collected to identify where individual students are weak and help them to work on those skills before assessing them. We can identify the multiple learning strategies and works best for them . Technology is a game changer. This generation has taken Technology to another level and we must step up. The technology will allow student that mastered concepts . I can't say it's going to happen overnight but they will catch on. It's plenty of games I play pertaining to our curriculum that can help quiz the student on their individual weakness and growth. Self-reflection towards implementing a growth mindset into the students whom you teach is very important. Again, we can be stuck in our ways and can't embrace change. We have to remember " It's not about us but about the individual minds we are preparing to pour into. In order to be a great educator we must be open to growth ourselves. I'm just beginning to get familiar with personalized learning and the different ways we can accomondate the different needs of each student. We as humans and learners, we learn differently. Our mind function differently and we as Educators must come in with an open mindset to deliver what's needed of us. I noticed through this pandemic that many of our seasoned Educators refused to learn how to upload lesson plans on the computer. Many Subs stop coming due to the lack of knowledge. It is our responsibility to keep an open mind and remain teachable at all time not just for us but for the generations to come COLLAPSE I DO BELIEVE MOST PEOPLE WANT TO EMBRACE THE GROWTH MINDSET BUT THEY OFTEN STRUGGLE WITH THE REAPPEARANCE OF FIXED MINDSET THINKING, I DO BELIEVE MOST PEOPLE WANT TO EMBRACE THE GROWTH MINDSET BUT THEY OFTEN STRUGGLE WITH THE REAPPEARANCE OF FIXED MINDSET THINKING,
